If you have not yet done so, you can upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 and Outlook beta 2007! Both integrate to each other and allow you to track RSS feeds and integrate freeware add-ons such as Active Web Reader (A free RSS Reader for Windows that supports RSS feed formats 0.9x, 1.x and 2.x providing live updates)
